... and he lives in New York City. While we were talking on speaker phone, he asked me if I liked my I Love New York onesie and I told him I did. He's very proud to live in New York. Anyway, I asked him what I was supposed to do for this whole first birthday thing and he said he had no idea because we're the same age. He's new to all of this too. I asked him if anything would be different since he's from the Tohono O'odham tribe and he said he thought this presents and cake is a universal thing.
So, I texted Maryn, and she texted me back:
