Oops. Again.

It's been a rough week. I've been sick. But I accidentally let my formula fly all over Fuzzy Face, his office, and the paperwork on his desk. He was good about it... he was a little stinky... but really nice. He's a good dad.

Rule No. 1 of being a baby...

... learn from other babies' mistakes...

This guy was at Oktoberfest in Munich and had a few too many pretzels. Clearly it didn't go well. What did I learn? When I start eating pretzels... DON'T eat too many. Or else I might find myself passed out in a weird organic crib/wheelbarrow. And that's not good.

Fuzzy Face is funny...

This is me and Dad. Last night he picked me up and had me fly around the room like a superhero! It was fun! I already decided what I want to be for Halloween. It's my first one, so I want to look really good for it. We picked out my costume, and it's NOT a superhero... but it still flies.

Mom explained this whole Halloween thing to me. I dress up and people give me candy. I know I can't eat any candy yet, so I'm just going to dress up. I only have two teeth so far, and I have to take care of them. I'm really bored with formula, and cereal doesn't have much flavor either. Mom says I'll be a little vegetarian for awhile. I don't know what that means, but if it means I can ditch the formula, I'm all for it.

I have a cold again too. I haven't been sleeping well. Mom says I snore like a trucker. I can't help it. I have a little nose and when it gets clogged up it makes funny noises... just like Fuzzy Face's does. I have a lot in common with him. We have the same feet too.

In case you were wondering...

Yes, I still like elephants. They are big and funny lookin'. This is a momma elephant and a baby. They make me smile. Whenever Fuzzy Face or Pretty Lady is changing me, I try to play with the elephants on the wallpaper border next to my changing pad. It gives me something to do.

Love,
Sadiemeister Magee...(and her stuffed elephant Ellie.)

That's my baby cousin, Tyler...

When we were at the hootenanny, my job was to look after him 'cause he's little. But he slept a lot. I've heard babies do that. I sometimes do that. But I'm a big girl... I'm 6 months old. I don't sleep nearly as much as Tyler. Actually, I was up at 1:30AM and again at around 5:30AM this morning.
I like the nightlife.
I like to boogie.

Mommy went to Boston yesterday...

She always wakes me up in the morning, even when I really don't wanna wake up. She's the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night. I usually see Fuzzy Face at around 4AM. He usually doesn't look as perky as Pretty Lady in the morning.

Yesterday she woke me up, and we drove to the airport. I don't know where Boston is but Fuzzy Face said it was far away. It couldn't be THAT far away. Pretty Lady was back by Jeopardy Time to give me my bottle. She was really happy to see me and Fuzzy Face, and she said it was weird being in Boston after so much happening since she left. Rumor is, she lived there BEFORE I was born and BEFORE she met Fuzzy Face. I can't imagine a time that she didn't know Fuzzy Face. She also said that she was really really happy that she has such a great family, and it was neat to see where she was and where she is now.

I know the feeling... 3 months ago, I didn't have any teeth and I didn't know how to flip onto my tummy. My goal is to be able to flip back over on my own by Thanksgiving. I think I can do it. No. I KNOW I can! I'm a positive thinker.

I was trying to count how many food stands there were at the Canfield Fair.

There were a lot.

I didn't have enough fingers... or toes. It was easier counting how many horsies, goats, and piggies. Actually, the piggies were the easiest. One went to the market, one stayed home, one had roast beef... and unfortunately... one had none....I felt bad for that piggy.

I met Uncle Bryce in Canfield...

... and I was telling him a secret when Nana took this picture of us. We were a bit surprised. I'd tell you what we were talking about... but it's a secret.

*Gasp* Is that you, Mommy?

Pretty Lady cut her hair!!!! See that picture? That was us at the Hootenanny. She came home and was tired of me grabbing her hair. I couldn't help it... look at those curls! And they spring back! And it's fun playing with them. But while me and Fuzzy Face were at Borders... she had Dylan's mom cut it off.

Mom said she wanted it cut before I was born... but I came early. I explained this before. I couldn't help it. I was tired of being all cramped in there and I couldn't wait another two weeks. You try being all cramped in a dark space for too long. It's uncomfortable. Little did I know how cold it would be when I came out. That was a shocker!

Anyway, Pretty Lady looks even prettier than before. And Fuzzy Face thinks it's awesome. I do too. I just didn't recognize her at first.

Campfires are fun!!!

This is a picture of me and Mom at her Uncle John's house in Canfield, Ohio. It's called the Henry Hootenanny Hoe-Down. A bunch of people that are related to me show up, pick up musical instruments, and sing. I'm hoping someday I can play the triangle. There were about 15 little kids there like me. I'll put up more pictures later. But this is a good one of me and Pretty Lady. I'm pooped out from the trip.

Hey Y'all...

I'm heading to the Canfield Fair in Ohio so I can hang out with all of my cousins. Apparently, there are a lot of them, and there's one that's even younger than ME! I'm excited. I get to meet people my own age. I hope I look good. I want to make a good first impression.
